As a PhD candidate at the  Graduate School of Economics, Finance and Management at Goethe University Frankfurt, my research focuses on empirical questions of health, education, and network economics. I am currently visiting Alexandra Spitz-Oener at Humbolt University Berlin, and my advisor is Reyn van Ewijk at  Mainz University

My recent work on the impact of lockdowns and school closures and the spread of SARS-CoV-2 has been published in the journals PLOS ONE and PNAS.  This year, I will be completing my dissertation and moving on to a new position at the Rockwool Foundation Berlin, Institute for the Economy and the Future of Work.
